After entering your card details on the merchant’s website, you are redirected to the 3D Secure page, which informs you that you will receive a push notification on your mobile phone to approve the transaction. If you did not receive the notification, do the following:
a. check if you have payzy app notifications enabled on your mobile in the ‘Notifications’ section
b. select ‘Resend push notification’ on the 3D Secure page.
If you do not receive a push after the above actions, follow these steps:
a) Uninstall the app, restart your device, and reinstall.
b) Restart Google Services.
