First, ensure that all steps have been completed correctly and that the process has been successfully finalized. Next, check whether your card has been charged.
- If your card has not been charged, contact your bank to determine why the transaction was not completed.
- If your card has been charged but the funds have not yet appeared in your payzy wallet, open a support request via the yzy bot from the ‘Help & Support‘ section in your Profile. When reporting the issue, remember to include the transaction time, the amount and the number of the card you used in the following format: 1234 56****** 7890 (first 6 and last 4 digits).
You will be notified via the app of the outcome and any actions you may need to take.
