As an EMI (Electronic Money Institution), can we pay out interests to our users or gain interests from their deposits?

As EMI, we are not allowed to pay interests to our users or earn interests from their deposits. Our operation focuses on executing electronic transactions and managing funds, but not on offering deposit services with interest.
