If your transaction failed, you need to confirm:
- that the transaction details (e.g. recipient, account number, etc.) are correct
- that you have an internet connection
- that you have a sufficient balance on your account or on the saved card you are using, for example, if it is a top-up transaction
- that you have not exceeded the limit of allowed transactions
