In the ‘Help & Support’ section, under the ‘Support Requests’ option, you will find all the necessary
information about your current request, as well as the history of all your requests.
In addition, you can provide more information in your open requests by sending a new message about the issue, view the response from an authorized COSMOTE Payments employee or attach files.
You can also close the request if it has been resolved or if the issue it relates to no longer exists.
