Even though this is something that we wouldn't want, if you decide to close your payzy account, we are here to help you.

In order to deactivate your payzy account, you firstly have to use up your wallet balance, either by making purchases with your card, or by transferring your balance to another bank account (with a wire transfer fee of 0,50€).
Additionally, if your account's balance is too low for an outgoing transfer, you have the possibility to transfer the remaining amount completely free of charge to another payzy user through chat&pay (the minimum transaction amount is 0,50€) otherwise you will have to perform a wallet top-up and then transfer the amount.
Keep in mind that the account deactivation will not be able to proceed should there be any pending transactions (that have no yet been cleared) and ongoing refund request on your account.
If all the above-mentioned conditions are met, you will be able to deactivate your account by using the "Deactivate account" field in your profile options, thereby creating a deactivation request which will be processed by an authorised COSMOTE Payments employee.
