First, check if you had sufficient balance in your Wallet at the time of the transaction with your payzy debit card. If the balance was insufficient, change cannot be saved in your piggy. A new attempt will be made the next time you make a transaction with your payzy debit card, if your current wallet balance is sufficient. Finally, make sure you’ve selected the card you used for the transaction to collect the change.
