Each device model that supports android software is very likely to have the options under a different name.
Step 1: Make sure Google Services are up to date
a. On your Android phone, open the ‘Settings’.
b. Choose ‘Applications and notifications’ and ‘View all applications’.
c. Scroll down and select ‘Google Play Services’.
d. Scroll down and select ‘Details’ in the app.
e. Select ‘Update or Install’. If you can’t see these options, follow the steps in Step 2.
Step 2: Clearing Google Services cache memory and data
When you clear application data and cache memory, some information saved on your device may be deleted, including transport cards, Covid cards, and virtual payment cards stored on Google Pay.
On your Android phone, open the Settings.
Select ‘Applications’ and ‘View all applications’.
Scroll down until you find ‘Google Play Services’
Select ‘Google Play Services’.
Select ‘Save’ and then ‘Clear Cache’ or ‘Temporary memory’.
If nothing has changed, you should uninstall the payzy app, open the Play Store, and try downloading the app again.
