If you wish to cancel a transaction you have carried out, we advise you to send a cancellation request in writing to the merchant with whom you carried out the transaction. If, for any reason, a dispute arises with the merchant, then you can submit a dispute request through the yzy bot under the ‘Help & Support’ section. You can also open a request by selecting ‘Facing an issue?’ in the specific transaction in your wallet. The most common reasons why a dispute might be submitted are:
- You didn't receive the product.
- You paid with another card or cash.
- You were charged twice.
- You have suspended your subscription, but they continue to charge you.
- The credit you expect from the merchant has not been completed.
