Transfers from another banks via SEPA transfer, take up to 3 working days. The top-up is again completed without any commission from COSMOTE Payments, but there may be charges from your bank.
Please note that if money is transferred to your account from another COSMOTE Payments account (e.g. via chat), the transfer is completed instantly and free of charge.
