The 6-digit PIN is an additional layer of security for your transactions. It is required after biometric verification and in the following cases:
- Money transfers via Chat & Pay
- Wire transfers
- Online transactions with a payzy card
- During the phone number/e-mail change process
Using a PIN enhances transaction security by adding an extra verification step
You define your 6-digit PIN after you complete your registration. If you forget it or wish to change it, you can set up a new one in your "Security Settings" in your Profile by selecting "Change PIN".
